What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site — a prayer request, a volunteer sign-up, or a general message — we collect what you type: your name, email address, and your message. Nothing more.

We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell or share your information with anyone, and we do not use third-party analytics that follow you around the internet.

How we use it

Messages you send go to our media team so we can respond, pray with you, or connect you with the right ministry. That is the only purpose.

We keep messages only as long as we need them to follow up with you.

Photos of our church family

We publish photos taken at services and church events in our online gallery. If you are in a photo and would rather not be, email us and we will remove it — no explanation needed, no questions asked.

We do not currently use facial recognition, face matching, or any biometric identification on our photos. If that ever changes, we will update this page first and tell the congregation before we turn it on.

Sermons and giving

Sermon audio and video come from our public YouTube channel. Watching or listening on this site is subject to YouTube's own privacy practices.

Giving is handled entirely by Kindrid, our giving partner. Payment details are entered on their systems and never touch this website. Store checkout is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Cookies

This site uses only what it needs to work — for example, remembering that a staff member is signed in to the admin area. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.
